Quality crafted Kawaguci kitchen cleaver! Made from high carbon steel. The handle is made of Ebenwood and Rosewood. When using, please note that the knife is very sharp and suitable for cutting food. We recommend washing the knife immediately after use, drying it, and storing it in its place. The advantages of knives from this series are exceptional sharpness and hardness (HRC56±2). This knife has our company logo on the blade.
