14 PRODUCTS
Stiff muscles after a workout, a full day of sitting or physical work can be reliably relieved with a quality massage device. Our range includes both electric massage devices and percussion (impact) massage guns, which use rapid strikes to reach the deeper layers of muscle, boost circulation and speed up recovery. Most models are rechargeable, offer several intensity levels and a set of interchangeable attachments for different body areas – from the back through the thighs to the feet. Some devices also feature a heating function that pleasantly warms the muscles and enhances the relaxing effect. Choose your helper for recovery at home exactly according to your needs and how often you plan to use it.

Massage Devices
Massage devices have become a popular helper not only for athletes, but also for anyone who spends long hours at a computer or strains their body with physical work. They bring relief from stiffness, help release muscle tension and support blood circulation in overworked areas. Regular use can contribute to faster recovery and a better feeling of movement. This is not a medical device, but a practical tool for at-home body care that you will appreciate both before and after training.
Types of massage devices
Electric massage devices work on the principle of vibration or rotation and are suited to a gentler, surface massage of larger areas — the back, legs or neck. Percussion (impact) massage guns, on the other hand, deliver rapid, repeated strikes that penetrate deeper into the muscle and effectively break up stiff spots and so-called trigger points. They usually offer more intensity levels and, thanks to interchangeable attachments, can be adapted to a specific muscle group. The ball attachment is intended for large muscles such as the thighs or glutes, the flat one for full-surface massage, the fork-shaped one bypasses the spine and suits the neck area or the Achilles tendon, while the pointed (bullet) one acts precisely on small and deep-lying points.
How to choose a massage device
When choosing, be guided above all by the intensity and the scope of use. If you are looking for a device for gentle loosening and relaxation, a model with a lower number of strikes and a few levels will suffice. For more demanding recovery after sport, reach for a gun with higher intensity, a greater stroke (strike amplitude) and a more powerful motor — a larger amplitude means deeper penetration into the muscle, while a smaller one is more suitable for sensitive spots and smaller muscle groups. Also watch the noise level, as modern brushless motors run considerably more quietly. Battery life and the charging method matter too (today most often via USB-C), so that the device lasts for several sessions without recharging. The ergonomic shape of the handle and lower weight, in turn, will be appreciated by those who want to massage hard-to-reach spots on the back as well. Comfort is also increased by additional features such as an LED display showing battery status and the selected speed, or automatic shut-off after a few minutes of continuous massage. Models with a heated attachment additionally provide pleasant warmth that helps to warm up and loosen the muscles even better.
What to watch out for
Massage devices are intended for loosening healthy muscles, not for treatment. Do not use them directly on bones, joints, the spine, the head, the neck, fresh injuries, swelling, varicose veins or on inflamed areas. If you have health problems, are pregnant or take blood-thinning medication, consult a doctor first. Always massage gradually, start with lower intensity and watch how your body reacts. Do not overwork a single area for too long — usually a few dozen seconds to two minutes per muscle group is enough, because too intense action on one spot can irritate the skin or the muscle. Clean the device after use according to the instructions, keep the attachments dry and do not store the battery completely discharged — this will extend its lifespan.
