Candles
Candles have become an integral part of modern living. We offer you a choice of twenty models that combine quality materials with thoughtful design. Every candle in our selection is made to burn for a long time and spread a pleasant fragrance without any harsh chemical notes. Whether you are looking for a candle to relax after work, freshen up your living room, or give as a gift, our range covers all needs.
How to choose the perfect candle
When choosing a candle, it is important to focus on several key factors. The first is the material from which the candle is made. Soy wax is popular for its eco-friendliness and clean burn, while paraffin candles offer a more intense release of fragrance. Another important aspect is the type of wick—a cotton wick ensures even burning and minimal smoke production, whereas a wooden wick creates a gentle crackling sound that enhances the atmosphere.
Fragrance and its intensity
Candle scents are divided into several categories: floral (e.g., peony, jasmine, rose), fruity (coconut, citrus, mango), and woody (sandalwood, cedar, patchouli). For relaxation after work, we recommend gentle floral notes that calm the mind—lavender or chamomile, for example, are ideal for evening unwinding. If you want to freshen up a space after cooking, reach for fresh fruity scents like lemongrass or grapefruit. The intensity of the fragrance depends on the size of the candle and the concentration of fragrance oils—larger candles with a higher oil content (e.g., 10–12%) are suitable for spacious rooms, while smaller candles with a lower concentration are ideal for the bedroom or bathroom.
Quality and materials
All candles in our selection are made from high-quality raw materials. Soy wax is a renewable resource that burns longer and cleaner than traditional paraffin—the average burn time of a soy candle is 40–50 hours, depending on the size. Some models are complemented by a glass lid that protects the flame from drafts and also serves as an elegant design element. In production, we ensure that wicks are lead-free and that fragrance oils are dermatologically tested—they are also suitable for allergy sufferers. Candles with natural essences, such as vanilla or cedar, are especially popular for their gentleness and authenticity.
Design and packaging
Candles are available in various styles—from minimalist glass containers with a smooth surface to decorative shapes with relief patterns and colorful accents. Each candle is packaged in a stylish box made from recycled paper, making it an ideal gift for loved ones. When choosing a design, consider the color scheme of your interior—white and neutral shades (cream, gray) fit into any space, while bold colors (dark blue, burgundy) can serve as an accent on a shelf or coffee table. Candles with lids are practical for storage and protect the fragrance from evaporating.
Maintenance and care
To make your candle last as long as possible, follow a few basic rules. Before the first lighting, trim the wick to about 5 mm—this prevents excessive smoke and uneven burning. During the first burn, let the candle burn until the wax melts all the way to the edge of the container (usually 2–3 hours). This will prevent tunneling, which shortens the candle's lifespan. Always extinguish the candle using a snuffer or by dipping the wick into the wax—blowing could spread hot wax and cause mess. After each use, clean the edges of the container with a dry cloth to remove soot deposits. Store candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, which could change the color of the wax and weaken the fragrance.

Important safety notice for candles in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety (GPSR)
This is a targeted safety notice for the correct and safe use of candles. As they are a source of open flame and hot wax, it is essential to follow the instructions below to prevent fire, injuries, and damage. The notice is issued based on the requirements of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety.
Basic safety and handling principles
- Keep out of reach of children and animals: There is a risk of burns and fire; the product is not a toy.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended: Always extinguish it before leaving the room or going to sleep.
- Distance from flammables: Place at least 50 cm away from curtains, paper, and other flammable materials and at least 10 cm from other candles.
- Stable and non-flammable base: Place on a flat, heat-resistant, and non-slip surface away from drafts.
Correct and safe use
- Wick adjustment: Before each lighting, trim the wick to approximately 5–7 mm and keep the wax pool free of wick and match residues.
- Burning time: Burn for a maximum of 3–4 hours continuously; do not handle or move a hot candle.
- Glass and container candles: Stop burning when about 5–10 mm of wax remains; overheating may cause the container to crack.
- Extinguishing: Extinguish with a snuffer or gently cover the flame; do not extinguish with water or blow out forcefully to avoid splashing hot wax.
- Special types: Use tealight candles only in suitable holders with adequate ventilation.
Cleaning, maintenance, and storage
- Cleaning surroundings: Remove soot from holders and surfaces after the candle has cooled.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and dark place away from sunlight and heat sources to prevent deformation of the candles.
- Holder maintenance: Use non-flammable and stable holders; do not use damaged or unstable holders.
Specific health warnings
- Ventilation: Fragrance components and smoke may irritate sensitive individuals; use in ventilated areas and reduce the number of candles burning simultaneously.
- Allergies and sensitive skin: If irritation or headache occurs, extinguish the candle and ventilate the room if symptoms persist.
- Increased risks: Do not use near oxygen therapy, pressurized containers, or aerosols.
Disposal
- Safe removal: Allow remaining wax to solidify and remove mechanically; do not pour down the drain. Dispose of cooled glass or metal containers according to local regulations.
Incidents and contact
- In case of an incident (fire, burn, irritation), immediately stop using the product. Keep the product and proof of purchase for complaint handling.
